CeMralizers are not required for injection anchors. 2.0 Soil Nail YVall Constluction Sequence 2.1 Install perimeter micropiles and micropile pp. Excavate one lift. Nbnitor excavation batter carefuly tio prevent overrun in shotcnete. Soil nails may be drilled and installed through a terr�orary stabilizing bertn if neoessary- 2.2 2.3 2.4 2.5 2.6 Install soil nails at the approximate locations and to the lengths shown on the plans. Soil nail bcations may vary from the specified spacing by up to 6". On outside comers,soil nails may vary up to 1 foot in any direction as w+ell as 5° in inclination to avoid conflicts beiw�en nails. Install drainage mat, rebar and welded wire rnesh as shown on the drawings. Install shotcrete to cover w�elded wire mesh.Give special attention to filling the�roid in the borehole above the grout line. Install the soil nail end hardware while the shotcrete is still wet. Embed into the shotcrete surtaoe. Hand tighten the nut. This design is valid only for this site ard is to be construded by HTM Construdion only. The soil nail wall may be redesigned based on testing r+esults and field oonditions. Soil N�I Wall oonstruction sequenoe may be modified to aocommodate adual field aondi6ons. The shoring may be r+eduoed depending on the qualiiy of the bedrock.
