We do ask, if either one of the buildings at any time need to bring heavy machinery into the alley way and are precluded from doing so as a result of this remodel, that Sweet Basil will arrange a temporary removal of the screen to allow access. I do think the chances for this happening is slim, but I did have that request from Bo Elder,the new owner of the 2nd floor. For the sake of order, I note the change you are doing to the Kitchen Exhaust system by stacking the new unit vertical rather than horizontal and will place it inside the paneled "riser" which could reduce the sound by 25% or so. It will also be an improvement to the west view of Bo Elder's apartment.
