WRITTEN APPROVAL LETTER
The applicant must submit written joint property owner approval for applications affecting shared ownership properties
such as duplex, condominium, and multi-tenant buildings. This form, or similar written correspondence, must be com-
pleted by the adjoining duplex unit owner or the authorized agent of the home owner's association in the case of a con-

Dear Mr.Viola:
Following up on your discussions with the Town of Vail re:the bay extension for Mr. Shank's unit 534 at the Lodge at
Vail.
I believe you had the (attached) drawing indicating stucco and wood shakes matching the existing bay window.
You indicated that there was a question (or questions)about the design including the roof material.
I understand that the windows are to match the appearance of(but not necessarily the manufacturer)the adjacent bay
windows.
You were going to obtain the signed association approval.
Did you make a formal Design Review Board application for the bay?
