Frame and panel components are manufactured from kiln-dried preservative treated Douglas Fir.Ponderosa pine is available as
an option.interior surfaces are unfinished clear wood ready to prep for stain or paint.An optional factory applied interior primer
coat is availabie.
Panel stiles and rails are 1 3/4"thick kiln-dried,preservative treated Dougias Fir.Ponderosa pine is avaiiable as an option.Top
and bottom raiis are solid material and engineered for strength and stability.The stiles on our operable panels are made of LVL
material,while our fixed panels have engineered stiles.Stiles and top rail are 4 5/8".Bottom rails are 6 13116"wide.
All exposed exterior surfaces of our frame head and
jambs are covered with.062"extruded aluminum.
Extruded aiuminum frame corners are sealed with
silicone and foam pads and mechanicaliy fastened.
� Specialiy designed,glass filled nylo�sill piugs at the
bottom corners afford excellent moisture protection for
the side jambs.A continuous extruded aluminum
nailing flange is an integral part of tne frame extrusion.
The exterior of the frame clad is designed to accept
retrofit trim systems or clad brickmould.
Panels are covered with.075"extruded aluminum.
Wood exterior units are available with either a factory
appiied latex primer or ciear pouglas Fir.All wood
exterior units with exterior trim feature factory applied
flexibie flashing on sides and head.
