Scope of Work: 1. Add new gas line from meter to accommodate new fireplace at the lower level. a. Gas line to be 3/4"black steel b. Surface mounted on exterior of home adjacent to existing gas line c. New pipe will be painted to match existing exterior d. Plumbing work to be done by PSI. 2. Remove a portion of exterior rock fa�ade on south exterior to create a cleaner line with the stone. a. Stone will be removed,stucco repaired and painted with existing color. 3. Add new fire place at lower level a. Slim line fireplace to be installed by Western Fireplace 4. Replace existing fireplace box on main level with new same size�replace box by Western Fireplace. a. New stone and mantle to be added 5. Interior: a. Remove and replace flooring on main level b. Replace cabinetry in Kitchen c. Replace appliances with new,locations to remain the same as existing appliances d.
