General Comments
As scheduled, a representative arrived on -site to perform the below discussed services and we have
the following comments.
While on site, we observed that all connecting brackets between the counterforts, footing, and helical piers had been installed.
Bolted /nutted connections appeared to be snug tight when checked with wrench. Peter Casabonne with Casabonne Enterprises,
Inc. was notified of our observations.
