Dear Mike:
The residence of 302 Mili Creek has contrected SuperiorAiarm to expand their Fre and security system
due to a remodel taking place. The property is a 6 bedraom, 6.5 bath duplex located in Vail Village. The
layout of the premise is being altered by the addition of a garege and storage area on the lower level and
the addltion of a bedroom on the main level. The home was built in 1975 and is divided as two units with
ane unit occupying 14 the main floor and the other unit occupying the other Y of the main floor as well as
the second floor. The premise is not sprinklered and a full fire system was instalied in January 2013 which
consisied pr(marily of wireiess devices being a retrofit instaifation. Hardwired devices wili be added
where access has been made available. Existing wireless devices wiii be re-used in areas where walis were
not opened or wire could not reasonabiy be run. Ail wark will be performed in accordance with all
applipble local and national mdes.
10/18(14 Update— Prior to finalizing the scope of work under which we currently have an apen permit,
the scope of the project was altered by the addition of a second story on east unit. As such, we have re-
drawn the fire de�ice drawings and updated all related calculations. The property is now an 8 bedroom, 8
bathroom property zoned twa family residential.
