Warren,
Based on your email and our review of the revocation action form, we
hereby withdraw our Appeal of the application of Simba Run to install
dehumidification equipment and surrounding structures. As we remain
very interested in the future of this project, I would greatly appreciate it if
we were provided notice from the Town of any action by Simba Run to
reapply for approval to proceed with the dehumidification project, even
one with modifications from the original proposal. As you know, while
we are the property owner most directly impacted by that proposed
project, we did not receive notice of the application from Simba Run.
Thank you again for your time and assistance in connection with this
matter.

Please find the attached revocation action form for the Simba Run dehumidification equipment and skylight
windows over the pool. Tomorrow you will receive a coy of a DRB action form administratively approve a

new DRB application for just the skylights over the pool (no dehumidification equipment). I wanted to provide
you with a copy of the revocation of the previous DRB approval as I anticipate you may wish to withdraw your
appeal as the amended DRB application does not include the objectionable dehumidification equipment.
Please let me know if you desire to withdraw your appeal of DRB140461.
