Re: 1896 West Gore Creek Drive—Soil Nail Retaining Wall and Temporary Shoring
Mr. Dantas,
In February and March of 2014, HTM Construction Company installed a soil nail and shotcrete retaining
wall at the 1896 West Gore Creek Drive, Vail, CO. Weekly special inspections were made to insure that
the retaining wall was built to the plans and specifications. I completed a final inspection for the project
on February 28, 2014.
The construction of the soil nail retaining wall meets all the requirements of the plans completed by SAC
Design Group dated February 10, 2014.
