I have subsequently talked with John King this morning and he came up with the additional requests that need to be addressed in this L01. They are: 1. Carbon monoxide system—The proposed system will not cause conflict with the VTC Carbon monoxide Ventilation system. We will engineer a solution that both systems will not operate at the same time. 2. Concrete structural—We will work with JR Harris on a plan to ensure there is no structural degradation of the concrete from the proposed system. This may include reinforcement of the penetration(s). 3. Design of louver—Crown will work with Aaron Zimmer for the architectural finish of the exterior vent and help present for ToV design and review approval. We will continue to work with the Town of Vail to make it right both mechanically and for the visitor experience. I hope this provides a good memo of the event.
