I spoke with  Gannon  and they  are open  to putting  up a  bond  or  LOC, but that  needs to go through the  attorneys, and would take  a  good month or  so. In the  interim, we  did  get a  letter of intent from them  to address  the  issues. So, it’s  Greg’s call  now.    Thanks,   Ron     From: Martin Haeberle Sent: Friday, November 21, 2014 8:00 AM To: Greg Hall; John King Cc: Ron Braden Subject: FW: Revised Permit Application   Do  we  move  forward with  this  permit?   Thanks   Martin   From: Stabler, Laird [mailto:Laird.Stabler@crowncastle.com ] Sent: Thursday, November 20, 2014 1:24 PM To: Martin Haeberle Subject: Revised Permit Application   Martin,   We have  uploaded  the  revised  permit  application, LOI, Stamped  CD  set, and MSDS documents  to the  Vail share file system. Please  let me  know  if  there  is  anything  else  you require from me.     LAIRD STABLER Project Manager, Rocky Mountain Region M: (303) 880-1233   CROWN CASTLE 2000 Corporate Drive, Canonsburg, PA 15317 CrownCastle.com   This email may contain confidential or privileged material.
