Stan
As we discussed here are the emails regarding the length of time to secure a letter of credit. The
public works department would request a letter of credit of $300,000 minimum to ensure a
workable solution will be provided in a timely manner within the next 6 months. If approved
engineered plans are not in place by March 1, I would suggest the letter of credit could be called
upon to have an engineered solution designed, approved by any boards and code reviews, bid and
constructed and operating by July 1 of 2015.
Having the letter of credit in place would ensure an acceptable solution to the issues which need to
be dealt with at the Crown Castle Hub site at the Vail Transportation Site.
I will be out Tuesday-Sunday.
Greg

Gentlemen,
I have approved the plans for the revision we have been discussing ( Revision 4). It is in a locked
status until our team receives notice from Greg that we can issue this revision. Please email the
attached folks when it is found ready to issue.
Thanks
Martin

We checked but do not have an active bond or LOC that would apply to the cooling issue at the
hub site.
I spoke with Gannon and they are open to putting up a bond or LOC, but that needs to go through
the attorneys, and would take a good month or so. In the interim, we did get a letter of intent from
them to address the issues.
So, it’s Greg’s call now.
Thanks,
Ron
