The only exception shall be for the limited time period for connection of utilities. A limits of disturbance fence shall be clearly delineated in the plans submitted in conjunction with the building permit to prohibit disturbance of the adjacent stream tract. Cond: CON0014025 The applicant shall immediately cease all mowing, irrigation, etc. of the adjacent Town of Vail owned stream tracts (may have already coplied with this as this is a condition carried forward); and shall remove all private improvements from these public lands prior to the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy. Cond: CON0014026 With the building permit application, the applicant shall revise the proposed plans to reduce the size of the water equipment room to comply with the site coverage requirements of the Vail Town Code.
