The applicant shall install a limits of disturbance fence on the property line to
prohibit the use of the town owned stream tract for any construction purpose. The
only exception shall be for the limited time period for connection of utilities. A
limits of disturbance fence shall be clearly delineated in the plans submitted in
conjunction with the building permit to prohibit disturbance of the adjacent stream
tract.

The applicant shall immediately cease all mowing, irrigation, etc. of the adjacent
Town of Vail owned stream tracts (may have already coplied with this as this is a
condition carried forward); and shall remove all private improvements from these
public lands prior to the issuance of a final certificate of occupancy.

With the building permit application, the applicant shall revise the proposed plans
to reduce the size of the water equipment room to comply with the site coverage
requirements of the Vail Town Code.
