The fee for the DRB approval is$250 which would be charged in addition to the proposal that you accepted from Joe. I need to get approval for that cost as well as contact information for the head of your HOA so that I can get a sign off from him so that I can submit for the DRB approval. The DRB approval can take up to 3 weeks due to the holiday so really time is of the essence on this, I left you a message as well but hoped to reach you here sooner. Please let me know as soon as possible.
