Honeywell's 5193SD/SDT Addressable Photoelectric Smoke Detector is designed to provide open area protection and to be used
with compatible UL-listed Honeywell control panels that support V-Plex technology. The detector incorporates a state-of-the-art
optical sensing chamber and an advanced microprocessor. Built-in Drift Compensation algorithms automatically maintain proper
operation at factory calibrated detection levels, even when sensitivity is altered due to the presence of contaminates settling into
the unit's chamber. The 5193SDT also features a restorable, built-in, fixed temperature(135° F/57.2° C)thermal detector.
FEATURES
• Easy Installation: Installation of the 5193SD/SDT detector • Versatile Mounting: Mounting is made simple with the

ACCESSORY(sold separately)
To measure the detector's sensitivity, the SENS-RDR Infrared Sensitivity Reader tool (sold separately) should be used.
It reduces testing time, simplifies sensitivity measurements and displays them precisely in terms of percent per foot obscuration.
The SENS-RDR eliminates the need for magnets, voltmeters and ladders.

Description: Polarity reversal modules are designed for use with smoke detectors
that have built-in sounders. On alarm, the module disconnects the
detector from its normal power supply and applies reverse polarity
from the notification appliance circuit.Applying reverse polarity causes
the sounders on detectors not in alarm to activate.
Both 2-and 4-wire modules are available.The 405-01 and 405-03
modules come assembled for installation on a standard 4-inch
commercial electrical box.The 405-05 and 405-06 modules ship with
double-sided adhesive.

that this is an "existing system". Please consider ALL submitted prints to you
from The BEST Electric to be "proprietary". Thank you.
In reference to your items:
1. CO detector— I have not been contracted for the CO 2 detection— so this is
not part of my scope of work.
2. Brand name/inodel of the panel— will be provided— once I make a final
decision - this information does not need to be indicated on the prints.
3. Scale — Vail FD is going to approve the scaling of my prints as drawn—
additionally, the prints I provided you had a scaling ruler on the prints and
should be considered an approximation.
4. Ceiling heights/pitches —this information is on the prints, if not, assume that
they are 8 foot ceilings which is considered the standard unless otherwise
indicated.
5. This is an addressable system; the heat detector/s will receive an address per
TOV requirements.
6. Reversing relay— why do you need a drawing of this because it is required
in the system it will be there...this is line-reversal...simple.
7. Please reference NFPA 72 — A.11.5.1 — existing residences only need "a"
device per floor.
8. I have a stirong, positive relationship with the VFD representatives. I am
only looking for a NICET Level 3 stamp on the prints. I will handle the rest.
As stated above VFD wi11 approve my prints with scaling as drawn.
9. Thank you.
