Subject:Briar Patch Revised Replat for PEC
Bill - I believe Peak Land (John Fee) delivered full size copies of the revised replat (revised as of July 20) to you early to
mid-afternoon today. I trust that our co-applicant approves of the current version of the replat in substance, and that
planning will support the replat scheduled to be presented to PEC on July 25. If I am not correct in that assessment
please call me to discuss first thing tomorrow morning.
The reduction of the Parcel D building area was restaked this morning and I further trust that planning's review this
afternoon confirmed that the adjusted boundary is acceptable. I visited the site late today. From my review, the proposed
extension of Parcel D appears well tucked away from the ridgeline.
We will need to do some additional minor clean up of plat notes, etc., per my review today, but only as to technical details,
as opposed to substance, following PEC approval. For instance, I recommend we refer to the areas shaded on the map
as buildable areas be referred to as that, and that other references to "building envelopes" where reference is actually
being made to "parcels" be cleaned up. John Fee was to requested to relay that in his delivery of the revised plat today.
I ask that you please touch base to confirm that planning is positioned to support the replat in its entirety with these
additional concessions in the morning. I will touch base further with Community Development to confirm that as co-
applicants we are aligned in the submission. [George - I owe you the revised purchase agreement, as well as a copy of
the amended declaration, which we have in draft, both of which will be delivered tomorrow. Please confirm that you are
poised to proceed on your end.]
We appreciate your continued efforts to finalize the replat for submission to PEC on Monday. The Town's time and efforts
are appreciated, particularly given the challenges with this site.
