Re: Third Amendment to the Condominium Plat for Vail Mountain View Residences
Dear Town of Vail Planning Department,
Lunar Vail respectfully submits our request for approval of the Third Amendment to the
Condominium Plat for Vail Mountain View Residences on Gore Creek. This request is to sub
divid from Lunar Vail, LLC's main commercial space (C -0) four additional individual parking
spaces (labeled C -8, C -9, C -10 and C -11).
Lunar Vail will continue to abide by the Town of Vail condition CON0012485 which stipulates
that Lunar Vail "shall include a statement/provision within the deed, declaration, or other
recorded legal document in conjunction with the sale of these spaces, stating that they cannot be
sold or transferred outside of the development/home owners association. The spaces must
remain a part of the larger development and not be transferred or sold to entities /parties outside
of that ownership."
