This request is to sub divid from Lunar Vail, LLC's main commercial space (C -0) four additional individual parking spaces (labeled C -8, C -9, C -10 and C -11). Lunar Vail will continue to abide by the Town of Vail condition CON0012485 which stipulates that Lunar Vail "shall include a statement/provision within the deed, declaration, or other recorded legal document in conjunction with the sale of these spaces, stating that they cannot be sold or transferred outside of the development/home owners association.
