Stan,
Attached you will find an Indication of Interest from a local investor group. The structure they have shown interest in is the ground lease under the terms proposed by the Town
with an option to buy the property for $5,000,000 by the end of year ten.
This give the Town a good option if it does not want to be the investor.

Per our discussions over the past couple of months, I am submitting this non-binding indication of interest in regard to having some of our high net worth families be equity investors
in the Lions Ridge multifamily community project in Vail, CO.
Aspen Grove Capital, LLC is an Avon, CO based multi-family SEC registered investment office. We currently work for 5 families by providing holistic investment advice as well as trust
& estate planning, tax planning, reporting and other administrative and lifestyle concierge services. We believe that we have possibly three different families that may be interested
in the investment. One of those three families is a Vail resident while the other two are frequent visitors to the Vail Valley.
This indication of interest is subject to our satisfactory completion of due diligence as well as the completion of the respective investment-related legal documents.
