Please take a look at the revisions since we reviewed at our last meeting. I plan to pass on to Kathleen at the end of today for the supplemental appropriation, so pleas let me know

Here is the budget for your review. The following outlines the changes from the last meeting:
· Adjusted insurance to include the new policy, added the cost of the separate GL policy and set-up costs. (The proposal is attached for your review)
· Adjusted occupancy to match move-out and renovation time tables in April
· Inserted moving costs of $12,000, which is under account code 5280
· Inserted fire panel estimation in capital
· Inserted grading estimation in capital
· Adjusted construction management to be approximately equal to 4% of total contemplated work.
The interior renovation cost have not be altered from $20,000/unit at this point as we don’t have a contract and I hesitate to do so until one can be executed. Please let me know if
