HomeMy WebLinkAboutEarly Lease Termination Letter West Side 012114[insert Corum Real Estate letterhead] [DATE] [TENANT NAME] [TENANT ADDRESS] Re: Early Lease Termination Option for Timber Ridge Redevelopment Dear Tenant: The eastern half of the Timber Ridge development (Buildings A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, & I) has been approved by the Town of Vail for inclusion in a redevelopment project. The project is expected to begin in May of 2014. Timber Ridge, Buildings J, K, L, M, N, O & P are unaffected by the redevelopment project. To assist the Town with its project, however, we are offering you the option to end your current lease early, without penalty, on April 30, 2014. If you choose this option, you will need to move out of your unit by 12 noon, April 30, 2014, and will not owe rent for any months after April. In addition, your entire security deposit (minus any repairs, damages or fees) will be refunded to you within 30 days. If this early lease termination is agreeable to you, please sign where indicated below. If there is more than one tenant listed on the lease, all tenants must sign this letter for the early termination to be effective. You may mail this letter back to us in the enclosed envelope, or you may drop it off at the management office during regular business hours. If you would like to take advantage of this opportunity, we need to receive the signed copy of this letter by 5:00 pm, January 31, 2014.
