RELEASE OF DEED OF TRUST
WHEREAS, the above - referenced Grantor, by Deed ofTrust, conveyed certain real property
described in said Deed of Trust to the Public Trustee ofEagle County, in the State ofColorado, to be
held in trust to secure the payment ofthe indebtedness referred to therein; and
WHEREAS, the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust has been fully paid and/or the
purpose of the Deed of Trust has been fully satisfied according to the written request of the current
owner and holder of the said indebtedness.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the payment ofthe statutory sum,
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I, as the Public Trustee of Eagle County, do hereby fully
and absolutely release cancel and forever discharge the Deed of Trust for that portion of the real
property described above in the Request for Partial Release of the Deed of Trust, together with all
privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging.
