Dear Town of Vail planners,
This letter is asking for a one month extension for my Certificate of Occupancy. Due to
the large amount of snow we had this year and the late meit off I am running into timing
issues getting my lawn and grounds in order. My TCO was given on December 9�' of
2005 and six months from that date bring me to June 9�'. I am leaving tomorrow the 2nd
and retuming on the 1 lth ofJjune. My grounds are 99%there but in the next few days I
am having the landscapers finish the job and when I retum on the l lth I have a small
punch list to finish in the next week or so.
I am asking for a month but should be finished in a day or two upon my return. I
appreciate any extension but a month should do the job.
