per discussion with Fe2 at Strategic Fence, the likely contractor)
Fence post supports shall be hollow square tubing sockets, 3" square, cast into
concrete post hole anchors approx. 24"deep and cut flush with surface pavers. 2.5"
square section fence posts will slide into these sockets for strong support but with
simple removability.
