This stnrctue has been designed to meet the requirements of re l99l Uniform Building Code wiilr
amendments as adapted by lle Town of Vail.
All omissions or conllicts between various elements of the working drarvings and/or specifications shall
be brought to the attention of the Structural Engineer before proceeding rvith any work so involved. The
General Contractor shall verify all dimensions and conditions at thejob site and shall be responsible for
the means, methods, techniques, sequences and procedures associated with this project. Furthermore, he
shall be responsible for coordination of ali work and ntaterials including those furnished by
zubcontractors. The Siructural Engineer shall be contacted during the construction phase to make the job
site inspections necessary to confirm that the actual field conditions are consistent with the desigt
"rru.piionr and that the coustruction is proceeding according to the plans and specifications.

Wind 80 mph
All framing lumber to be #2 Doug-fir or better.
All floor dicking to be minimum of #2 Hem-tir or better 2x6 T& G. Screw to beams wilh 2 ll2" decking

All steel angles shall conform to ASTM A36 specifications.
All steel expansion bolts shall be "sleeve Anchors" by Red Head Phillips Anchors.
