wholeheartedly supports and approves the remodeling plans
for units 404 &405. The two condominiums will be combined
into one functional dwelling unit, just as has been done
elsewhere in the building. The only exterior alteration might
be the replacementof a balcony window and door with a
sliding glass door, also exactly as has been done in dozens
of other Antlers units.

Dear Rob,
The Town of Vail Staff has reviewed the proposed Amended Condominium Plat to combine
Units 404 and 405 of the Antlers Condominiums. The following is a summary of the comments
from that review:
1. Please submit two signed mylar copies of the plat with corrections to the certificate
formats in acmrdance with the provisions of Chapter 13-1 1 , Vail Town Code (see
attachment).
2. A check paid to the "Eagle County Treasuref in the amount of $11.00 must be
submitted to the Town of Vail for recording fees.

wholeheartedly supports and approves the remodeling plans for units
404 & 405. The two condominiums will be combined into one functional
dwelling unit, justas has been done elsewhere in the building. The
only exterior alteration will be the replacement of a balcony window
and door with a sliding glass door, and the replacement of windows on
the north side with ones of the same size, shape and color ... also
exacUy as has been done in dozens of other Antlers units.

General Information:
This application is required for proposals involving minor exterior alterations and/or site improvemenE.
Proposals to add landscaping do not require DRB approval unless they involve the addition of paUos,
water features, grading, or the addition of retaining walls.

wholeheartedly supports and approves the remodeling plans for units
404 & 405. The two condomlniums wlll be comblned into one functlonal
dwelling unit, just as has been done elsewhere in the building. The
only exterior alteration witl be the replacement of a balcony window
and door with a sliding glass door, and the replacementof windows on
the north side with ones of the same size, shape and color ... also
exactly as has been done In dozens of other Antlers units.
