Site Plan for Antlers at Vail units 707 and 702
The HVAC System in the unit will be lock out at the breaker box all
vent in the work area will be sealed with 6mil polyethylene. Fire
sprinkler system and alarm systems will remain active during the
work preformed.
Due to the parking issue acquainted with the area, waste will be
bagged and left in work area unit all waste is collected. At which time
all waste will be double bagged with 6 mill bags place in a box van
lined with 6 mil polyethylene manifested and transported back to
Denver for proper disposal.
Waste load out and Decontamination unit will be located at the front
enftance to both units. (Please See attached drawings)
Egress to the work area will be limited to the Decontamination unit
except in emergency situations.
It is not anticipated to block off any of the building egress for
occupants.
