Dear Andy,
The Town of Vail Departrnent of Community Development recenfly reviewed the Design Review application for the
proposed "250 Addition" for the Ferry residence located at The Cascades on Gore Creek Building 4, Unit 6. The
following are the comments from that review:
I. A landscape plan must be submitted.
2. The proposed additions shall not exceed a total of250 sq. ft. of new GRFA to be eligible as a "250
Addition." Please note that any existing exterior walls being removed or converted to interior walls as part
of the proposed additions are considered new GRFA.
3. Existing and proposed vents must be shown on the elevation drawings. Please note that all exterior vent
covers must be painted to match the building.
This proposal is tentatively scheduled for final review by the Design Review Board at their Wednesday July 18,
2001 meeting. The Design Review Board meeting will begin at 3:00PM in the Town of Vail Council Chambers. If
