Dev Joe Batcheller RE: List of changes to approved plans items Joe, The Town of Vail requested revisions to the Change to approved plans in an email copy clipped into this letter. The email read: Tom Kassmel and I have reviewed the grading plan for Hoyt -Young. The following will be needed before DRB approval can be granted: 1. Provide a Floodplain Use permit for this grading 2. The face of the eastern wall needs to be 2' from the property line 3. Show previously approved grades on the plan 4. A Revocable Right -of -Way permit is needed (this can be a condition of approval) Let me know if you have any questions. Best - Joe Batcheller Town Planner Community Development ITEMS OF CHANGE from PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED PLANS Item #1 and item #4: The appropriate Floodplain Use permit and Revocable Right -of -Way permits shall be revised by the general contractor to reflect the changes shown in the site plan. Item #2 The Boulder wall is shown more than 2'-0" away from the east property line. The Owner would like to be on record stating that the Owner is giving up no right of use to the area between the boulder wall and the east property line.
