All utilities must field verify (locate) respective utilities prior to signing application. some utility companies iequire up to a 48 hour notice to schedule a locate. A construction tratfic control/staging plan must be prepared on a separate sheet of paper.An approved site ptan may also be used-. This plan wiil show locations of all traffic control devices(signs, cones, etc..) and the work zone, (area of construction, staging, etc..). This plan will expire on oct. 1sth. and will need to be resubmitted for approvalthrough the winter.
