Department, the estimated time for a total review may take as long as th! ee weeks.
All commercial (large or smal'l) and all multi-family permits will
have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residentia'l

Basically, we wish to enclose part of the attic space
to create another room. We wi-IL be adding a shed dormer

Dear Sirs:
As the Architect for Mr. Jorge E. Ballesteros I am
requesting approval for the remodel Plans enclosed.
llr. Ballesteros wishes to lease attic space from the
Condominium Association. The attic space is above and
adjacent to his unit. It is not adjacent to any other unit.
we propose to put a shed dormer over this attic space in
order to gain headroom, Iight and ventilation. This dorner 'would be very sinilar to a number of already existing
dormers. It would be set back fron the edge of the roof so
as to be less noticeabl-e. ft may not even be visible from
below due to garage entrance in front of trEtr Building. Ttrus
the visible inpact fron outside will be nininal.
