Dear Charlie,
The Vail Racquet Club Owners Association would like to obtain Town of Vail
approvalto aliow a temporary greenhouse structure on the property' The
greenhouse is attached to a permanent maintenance shed on the South East
iiOe of building 12. The'greenhouse is constructed with a wood frame, and is
enclosed in reinforced plistic. The size of the temporary structure is 20ft' by
1zft.
The use of the structure is to provide shelter for flowers between the time they
are delivered to the property, and the time they are planted. The structure will be
disassembled by June 30th, and the building materials will be used elsewhere on
property as cribbing. There will be virtually no waste disposal'
