Our scope of work involves a remodeling of the kitchen and bathrooms with some interior decorating
in order to comply with the upgrade requirements of the Vail Racquet Club. My husband, a registered
architect (Colorado A-1550) prepared the documents. There are no structural or exterior
modifications to the condominium unit.
