In surnmary, ordinance l'lo. 6 sLat.es that it is unlawful for any
person to litter, track or deposit any soil , rock, sand, debris
or material, including trash dunrpsters, portable toilets and
worP,men vehicles upon any street, sidewalk, alley or public
place or any portion tlrereof. The right-of-way on all Town of
Vail streets and roads is approxinately 5 ft. off pavenent.
This ordinance will be strictly enforced by the Town of Vail
Publj-c Works Departrnent. Persons found violating this ordLnance
will be given a 24 hour written notice to remove said naterial.
In the event the person so notified does not cornply with the
notice within the 24 hour time specified, the Public Works
Departnent will renove said uraterial at the expense of person
notified. The provisions of this ordinance sball not be
appticable to construction, naintenance or repair proJects of
any street or alley or any uLilities in the right-a-way.
