In an inspection of Lot L4, Block 7, Bighorn Subdivision sthAddition, Parcel A, the following violations need to be repaired or
replaced.

Fireplace chimneys need repaired or replaced.
Guardrail's need repaired or replaced on any deck over30" off the qround.
3. Exterior yard ligrht wiring needs repaired.
Please reply i-n regards to the above violation within 10 days fromthe date your receive this letter. If a reply is not received,further action will be taken by the Town of Vail.

4. Exterior yard light wiring needs repaired.
