2) Notice sign offs for utility. companies. AII utilities must field vertfy (locate)respective utiliiies prior to signing application, Some utititycompanies i",jrire upto a 48 hour notice to schedule a locate.
3) A construction traffic controUstaging plan must be prepared on a separate sheetof paper.An approved site plan may also be used. ' This plan will show locationsof all traffic control devices(signs, cones, etc..) and the work zone, (area ofconstruction, staging, etc.,). This plan will expire on oct. 15th. andwllt need tobe resubmitted for approval through the winter.

Many of the unitg in our development have added new windows in the
Iast several years. We want to open up a view and Eecondari Iy let in
more light. Attached are sorne photographs I took in september
showing the wall where the window will gol the view we want to
accessr and exterior shots ofthe rear of our building and the one
next doorr showing that a variety of windows has been installedr and
ours will fit in with the overall appearance of the area as weII as
any of them.
[^l e are the contractorg ourselves and are hiring an exPerienced
carpenter to do the actual work. The required $l rooorooo insurance
is covered by the combination of the homeowners PoIicy we carry on
the unit plus a r55TOOOTOOO umbrella liability policy we carry. (see
copies). A company representative has asgured us this coverage would
apply to anything that might go wrong during the project.
In the hope of expediting the pro5ects we attach a check for $5or to
the Town of Vai I . l"l e understand that a minimum of :fZO is required
with the Design Review Eoard application and that this is then
applied toward the cogt of the building permit. our projected total
cost is :FZTOOO. If the :55O is not sufficient for both the design
review and the Per.nit, Please let us know.
