responsibilj-ty to make an appointment with the staff to
determine if t.here are additional submitLal requirements.

rI1. TMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING ALL SUBMISSTONS TO THE DRB:
A. fn addition to meeting submittal requirements, t.he
appllcant must stake and tape the project site to
indicate property lines, building lines and building
corners. Alt Lrees to be removed rnust be taped. AII
site tapings and staking must be complet.ed prior to the
DRB site visit. The applicant must ensure that staking
done during the winter j-s not buried by snow.
B. The review process for NEW BUILDINGS nornally requires
Lwo separate meetings of the Design Review Board: a
conceptual approval and a final- approval . Applicants
should plan on present.ing their development proposal ata minimum of two meetings before obtaining final
approval.
C. Applicants who fail to appear before the Design Review
Board on their scheduled meeting date and who have not
asked in advance that di-scussion on their item bepostponed, wj-l-l- have their it.ems removed from the DRB
docket until such time as the iten has been
republished.
D. The foll-owing items may, at the discretion of thezoning administrat.or, be approved by the Community
DevelopmenL Department staff (i.e. a formal hearing
before the DRB may not be required) :
a. Windows, skylight.s and sirnilar exterior changes
which do not alter the exist.ing plane of thebuilding; and
b. Building addiLion proposals not vj-sible from any
oLher lot or public space. At the time such aproposal is submitted, applicants must includefetters fron adjacent property owners and,/or fromthe agent for or manager of any adjacent
condominium association stating t.he associatj-on
approves of the addition.
E. If a property is located in a mapped hazard area (i.e.
snow avalanche, rockfal-J-, flood p1ain, debris f1ow,wetland, etc) r a hazard study must be submitted and the
o$rner must sign an affidavit recognizing t.he hazard
report. prior to the issuance of a building permit.
Applicant.s are encouraged to check wit.h a Town PLannerprior to DRB application t.o determine the reLat.ionshipof the property to all mapped hazards.
F. For a1I residentiaf construction:
