Thank you for your design review application for minor exterior alterations to 5020 Main Gore
place linit K-2. Your application to rebuild and expand the existing deck is staff approved with
the following condition:
l. proposed deck addition shall match the existing deck materials, color and construction.
A DRB Action Form is attached for your records. Please inquire with the Building Department
regarding necessary building permits. In a r€cent site visit, Staff noticed wood under your
existing deck. For safety purposes, please remove and dispose of any debris and/ or wood under
