III. IMPORTANT \OTICE REGARDINF ALL SUBMISSIONS TO THE DRB:
In addition to meeting subnittal requirements, theapplicant must, stake and tape the project site toindicate property Ilnes, bullding lines and buildingcorners. All trees to be removed rnust be taped. Allsite tapings and staklng must be cornplet,ed prior to the
DRB slte visit. The applicant must ensure that stakingdone durLng the winter ls not burled by snow.
The revlew process for NEW BUILDINGS normally requJ_res
tero separate meetings of the Design Review Board: aconceptual approval and a final approval . Appllcantsshould plan on presentlng their development proposal ata minimum of two meetlngs before obtaining flnalapproval.
Applicants who fail to appear before the Design ReviewBoard on their scheduled meeting date and who have notasked in advance that discussion on their iten bepostponed, wiII have their ltems removed from the DRBdocket until such time as the l-tem has beenrepublished.
The following items may, at the discretion of thezoning administrator, be approved by the ConmunityDevelopnent'Department staff (1.e. a formal hearingbefore the DRB may not be reguired):
a. Windows, skylights and sfunilar exterior changeswhich do not alter the existing plane of thebuilding; and
b. Building addition proposals not visible from anyother lot or public space. At the time such aproposal is subnl-tted, applicants must lncludeletLers fron adjacent property owners and/or fromthe agent for or nanager of any adjacent
condoninj.um association stating the associatlon

If a property is located in a mapped hazard area (i.e.
snow avalanche, rockfall, flood plain, debris flow,wetland, et,c) r a hazard study must be submitted and theovrner must sign an affidavJ.t recognizing the hazardreport prlor. to the issuance of a building permit.Applicants are encouraged to check r{ith a Town plannerprior to DRB application to determine the relationshipof the property to all mapped hazards.
For all resldentlal construction:
