You may not be aware, but the Town of Vail regulates the size of structures based on the area of the lot. I checked the permanent file f'or Gore Creek Meadows and have found that, given the lot size, there is an allowabfe gross residential floor area (GRFA) ol 76,317 square feet. At the time that the originaf development was proposed, our records show that the developer applied tor 76,317 sqJare feet of iloor area. As a result, you can see that all ol the allowable floor area has been used on this site. Additions, such as the one you're proposing, are not allowed. lf you would like to discuss the zoning regulations of the Town more, or if you believe.you have research that would show that mere ls available GBFA for the project, please call me' I can be reached at (303) 479-2138.
