If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Depaftment Approval, Enginee/s (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Department review or Health Depafinent reMew, and a
review by the Building Department, the estimated time for a total rerdew may take up to
six (5) weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permib will have to follow the above
mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small pCIects should take a lesser
amount of time, However, if residential or smaller projects lmpact the various above
mentioned departmenb with regard to necessary review, these projecb may take up to
six (6) weeks to review and approve.
Every attempt will be made by thls department to expedite this permit as soon as
possible.
I, the undercigned, understand the plan check procedure and time frame. I also
understand that if the permit is not picked up by the expiraUon date, that I must still pay
the plan check fee and that if I fail to do so it may affect future permits that I apply for.
