If this permit requires a Town of Vail Fire Depaftment Approval, Enginee/s (Public Works)
review and approval, a Planning Depaftment review or Healh Department review, and a
review by the BuildingrDepartnent the estimated Ume for a total rervlew may take up to
six (6) weeks.
All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above
mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projects should take a lesser
amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projecB impact the various above
mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these proJects may take up to
six (6) weeks to review and approve.
Every attempt will be made by this deparbnent to expedite this permlt as soon as
possible.
I, the undersigned, understand the plan check procedure and time frame. I also
understand that if the permit ls not picked up by the expiration date, that I must still pay
the plan check fee and that if I fail to do so it may affect future perm'tts that I apply for.
