Cornerstone provides an appropriate access to this portal. There will be a heated staircase and a skier dedicated elevator, new lift ticket windows and public bathrooms at a heated, landscaped plaza with a fire pit and public art. it44 AM ANN OdWOOMM- Cornerstone Cornerstone benefits • Additional short-term rental opportunities: • In 2006 the Vail Cascade Hotel operated at an annual occupancy rate of 62%. The hotel sold out (98% occupancy) 29 out of 365 nights. • The Vail Cascade Condominiums property management company provides property management services in this neighborhood. Of 160 condos under their management there are 85 in the short term rental pool. • The short term rental use, exclusive of owner use, averages 28°10 occupancy and provided 6,723 room nights in 2006. • The condominium guest package is equal to the hotel guest package. Renters have access to the Aria Club & Spa, use of the hotel shuttle bus, ski and boot storage at the lift, daily housekeeping, room service and use of the hotel pool, hot tubs and library. This package creates a strong economic incentive for owners to enter the rental pool.
