Low temperature sensors will trigger an alarm when temperatures are detected below forty degrees, attempting to prevent damage caused by freezing water in an unattended home. The 2x12 raftes on €€ch side of the hip trusses should be fastened b the girder truss with Simpson LE-90 clips on each side. 3. On the north root eave along grid A between grids 2 and 3, lhe 2x12 rafters attached to the trusses ars ripped down to 5" deep at the o/erhanging fortion- These rafters were intended to be full depth 2x12's.
