This letter is to provide additional information concerning the above referenced lot.The lot is
partially in a Rockfall Hazard Area.When even a pOliion of the lot is in a hazard area,you are
required to hire a geologist to conduct an on-site geologic investigation and certify that the
construction of the house will not increase the hazard to adjacent property owners.This is
standard procedure and should not be a problem for construction of your house.Attached is the
section of the regulations concerning this issue.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN THAT Vail Associates,Inc.has requested
that the resubdivision of said Lot 1,Block 2,Vail/Potato Patch be rezoned
from the existing medium density multiple family zone district to residentia1
(one lot to be single family and four lots to be duplex)in accordance with
