Desiqn Review Board Meetina Reauirements For new construction ar�d additions, the applicant rnust stake and tape the project site to indicate property lines, proposed buiidings and huilding corners. All trees to be removed must be taped. The app[icant must ensure that staking cione during the winter is not buried by snow. Afl site tapings and staking must be completed prior to the day of the DRB meeting. The applicant, or their representative, shall be present at the Design Review Board Hearing. Applicants who fai! to appear before the Qesign �eview Board on their scheduled mee�ing date and who have nat asked in advanc� that discussion on their item be postponed, will have their items removed from the DRB agenda �ntil suc�h time as the itEm has been republished. If tE�e DR6 approves the application with conditions or modifications, a11 conditions of ap�roval must be r�salved prior to the issuance of a b�silding permit. Staff camments are as foElows: • Your location currently has several window signs. These are not included in your application and to th� besi of our records it does nat appear you have approva! for these signs. Pleas� submit dimensioned drawings for af! your window signage. Window signage is regulated by Section 11-6-3(1)d of the Town af Vail Sign Code. I have attached this portion of the Code for yaur re#erence. • It did not appear that you have a business operation sign or an open/closed sign. The Sign Cocfe does have some provisions for tf�is type of signage under Sections 11-6-3{1)e, Business Qperation 5igns, and 11-6-3(1)f, Open/Closed Signs. I have attached these portions of the Code for your reference. • Your application states that yau wish to maintain the existing light fixture (flood light} on the building. The existing light fixture do�s not meet the requirements of the Cflde.
