RE: Building Permit Application for 22 W. Meadow Drive, Unit #340, Vail, CO.
Dear Department of Community Development:
Accompanying is a Building Permit Application, three (3) sets of drawings, and Design Review
Board approval for 22 W. Meadow Drive, Unit #340, in Villa Cortina Subdivision. This
Building Permit is for a loft addition which is to add a loft to Unit #340 containing a bedroom,
study, two baths, and a storage room inside the shell of the existing unit. The total area of the
addition is 747 square feet.
The value of the addition is $225,000.00. The Building Permit fee is based on your estimated
Building Permit Fee Calculator which shows $1,219.57 Plan Review Fee due now. The balance
of $6,376.25 plus $20.00 Will Call fee for a total of $6,396.25 will be paid when the plans are
picked up.
The Recreation Fee for High Density Residential will be determined.
A separate Housing Fee for Inclusionary Zoning is based on 10% of new GRFA or 74.7 square
feet X $134.65/sq. ft. = $10,058.36. This will be paid before receipt of building permit.
This project received DRB approval on January 20, 2015, Number DRB 150005.
