Meadow Drive, Unit #340, Vail, CO. Dear Department of Community Development: Accompanying is a Building Permit Application, three (3) sets of drawings, and Design Review Board approval for 22 W. Meadow Drive, Unit #340, in Villa Cortina Subdivision. This Building Permit is for a loft addition which is to add a loft to Unit #340 containing a bedroom, study, two baths, and a storage room inside the shell of the existing unit.
