All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requirements. Residential and small projecB should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller projecb impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these p$ects may take five (5) weeks to review and approve.
