All commercial (large or small) and all multi-family permits will have to follow the above mentioned maximum requiremenb. ResidenUal and small projects should take a lesser amount of time. However, if residential or smaller p@ects impact the various above mentioned departments with regard to necessary review, these projecb may take up to six (6) weeks to review and approve.
