RE: Lions Square Lodge Breezeway Bridge

Dear JR,
RA Nelson originally filed for a Building permit for the replacement of the Breezeway Bridge at the
Lionsquare Lodge located at 660 West Lionshead Place in the fall of 2014. The Lions Square Lodge did
not move forward with the work in the fall and in the meantime have decided to move forward with a
different General Contractor.
We are requesting that the Town of Vail transfer this Building Permit from RA Nelson to McBoyd
Builders, Inc. The Lions Square Lodge will work with RA Nelson to reimburse costs associated with the
permits fees.
