Meadow Drive, East Vail, Colorado To Whom It May Concern: The Mountain Meadows Condominiums community is a multi - family community consisting of thirty -six residential units spread across nine individual buildings in East Vail, CO. The project generally consists of removal and replacement of concrete walkways at each unit, removal and replacement of concrete at select garage thresholds, minor grading and drainage improvements, full depth asphalt repairs at select areas, 2" mill & overlay of the entire parking lot and partial drive access, and associated landscaping work. Per discussions with the HOA, they would like to perform the aforementioned improvements as indicated on the Construction Plans dated 3 -17 -2015.
