This letter is to acknowledge Board approval at Chateau
Tremonte unit 3 for master bedroom window replacement with
the following conditions:
• Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application and follow engineer's structural requirements.
• All material to match existing f finish and color.
• All Town of Vail and Eagle County requirements are met.
• All construction debris cleaned up on a daily basis.
• Call management for inspection when project is completed
for final sign off.
• The homeowner will be responsible for all costs associated
with the project.
• The builder and any sub - contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
